Biography
Welcome! I'm Nicole...The gal behind Summer Salt Design. I live in California with my little characters, my 7 year-old daughter + 2 year-old son.
Making things has always been my thing + growing up with a family that loves all things vintage has definitely been a plus.
In 2002 Summer Salt Design started out as a wholesale business offering handmade goods to gift shops + speciality boutiques. Many items were made with vintage fabrics + repurposed baubles. After my second child + constantly feeling like a robot filling orders, I was due for a change. The shop has been a wonderful way to offer my handmade goods + unique gifts made by others.
